A little bit on personal growth

One of the ways I’ve really had to stretch since starting this business has been through photography. I have always been able to frame a good shot, but when it comes to the technical aspects, I don’t tend to have the patience for it. But it’s a challenge I have had to take on!

This is probably my favorite personal shot from this year. While I am faaaaar from a serious fashion photographer, I am proud of what came out of this shoot. I scouted and rented a studio, pulled the art direction, shot (in the RAW), and did all the editing. When people say they wear a lot of hats as small business owners, they are NOT being dramatic!
